Contrary to common belief, ideas, on their own, are worthless. Anyone can say, "I would like to do this, I would like to do that". Or "one day I will start such a project" or "I have a great idea ...", etc. But few people know how to turn their ideas into reality. And time flies inexorably. And procrastination seems to be the disease of the 21st century.
But ... what if procrastination was just a symptom of a lack of method and self-confidence?
Many people experience that feeling of failure and bitterness that inevitably arises when ideas persist at the idea stage, and they are neither formalized nor communicated.
Disappointment, disillusion, frustration, and sometimes even depression arise.
Other people have accumulated internships, diplomas, post-diplomas only to find themselves again unable to speak in front of a jury, a superior, an audience.
How to convince the other? How to make an idea a reality? How to make yourself understood? How to develop self-confidence?
How to argue a project in our time, when everything is going fast, too fast? How not to prostitute an idea in order to seduce, or how not to trivialize your speech in order to be understood?
It's all about communicating. How and when to communicate? With what tool?
The question is even deeper.
Despite the overload of information emitted and transmitted, many people are locked into themselves, no longer able to attribute a precise word to an emotion or a feeling that they nevertheless feel strong in themselves.
The world today is violent, overwhelming. How to express yourself without being afraid of derision? How to defend yourself while remaining yourself?
Much of communication these days happens through emojis: emotional simplifiers. How to express what we feel authentically?
Many people can no longer convey what they are feeling. This gives rise to a feeling of isolation within oneself, from one's relationship, from one's family, from one's own group of friends or from work.
We feel anonymous.
For other people, on the other hand, words are no longer sufficient to both describe a feeling or to convey an emotional state to the other.
Artistic creation can then prove to be a fundamental tool for bringing about states of consciousness. Artistic creation as therapy in the service of expressiveness!
